I don’t drink, room was really nice. My only complaint is that I scheduled a room weeks in advance and also paid in advance with a time to arrive to check in only to be told that my room wasn’t ready yet and would be ready in the next couple hours. Then I was called an hour later to try and switch my room from one king size to two queen sized beds, not an issue because I only stayed one night but I would give it 5 stars if I was given the room that I originally booked and paid for ahead of time vs the room I ended up with.

it was a wonderful day and it's a beautiful hotel. The only problem I had with it was every single time I try to reach someone at the desk. It immediately went to a hangup sound so I didn't like that because I couldn't order room service or anything with the phone.

The aesthetic was so unique and beautiful. A little noise coming from outside our window, but it didn’t continue through the night. The would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Vandivort was way more luxe than I was expecting for Springfield, MO. And downtown was HOPPING on a Friday night-- cocktails downstairs and room amenities upstairs were really nice. A couple little things: 1) just one elevator to our room in the annex and the rooftop bar meant we were having to wait a LOT along with bar goers to get up and down. And although I was totally charmed that we got a turntable and records in our room, there was something wrong with the speakers and we couldn't play them :( Gorgeous hotel, and perfectly quiet inside even though it was so central.

This hotel was a spectacular spot. The parking lot across the street, probably would’ve been fine, but not knowing the area well we opted to valet. Our room was in the secondary building had a lot of of clever urban design appeal. We took advantage of the rooftop bar and then made our way over to the restaurant in the primary building. Our view looked right out onto the street and we had a complete surprise of a meal. It was not inexpensive, but it was excellent and a stand out at any price point.

The atrium suite is basically a basement room with no natural light. It was freezing in our room. They were nice but just not what I expected.
