Quiet, Clea, and Safe Property

My favorite place to stay! Management is awesome! Rooms are clean and affordable. I’ve stayed 3 times and it’s very quiet and I’ve always slept well. The mattresses are amazing. It’s a hidden gem💞

Will not stay again.

It was okay until check-out. No one was at the desk at 0900. I rang the bell several times and called out 'hello' but no one answered. I finally just left the room keys on the computer keyboard with a note asking them to email my receipt.

Yes, customer service was good. No elevator. Elderly couple. Had to carry our own bags up to flights of stairs. No breakfast. Not even coffee in the lobby. But room was clean and quiet.

Wrong description making people fool . On website it says price include breakfast but when I arrive there they mention no breakfast and at that moment I can’t cancel also because it was already checkin time if I cancel $0 will be refundable . Sorry to say but it so terrible experience. Coffee maker: Dirty Door locks : Doesn’t work Toilet door : no lock Microwave : it’s from 70’s it doesn’t heat look like somebody give it for free Bed: no comfort at all also it’s too danger because head board design its craze it can hurt someone’s head . It happen with my kid. Overall: will never stay here again

I was VERY surprised that this particular hotel needed a $150.00. Security deposit upon checking in! This really confirmed to me about how down market these minority owned or run hotels are. It made me wonder if this place was having damages or security problems. When I tried to inquire about this unique deposit request, I was rudely interrupted again and again from the owner or guy that runs the place. I never did get an intelligent answer. It proved to be best just for me to be quiet and accept the situation. The checking in process took about 10 minutes which was another puzzling head scratcher. Overall, it has soured me about continuing to support this minority group. I will now move back up the food chain so to speak.

It took 40 min to check in, dirty light switches, a hole in the carpet, the blanket in the bed had 3 large holes in it and the bed was like a springy trampoline . We went out that evening and didn't get back until 11 and even though the sign on the door said locked use your key it was unlocked. I did not feel safe. I will NEVER stay at a super 8 again! I would love a refund!!
