When we arrived, the room was missing a few finishing touches. None of the lights went on with the light switch, so we had to manually turn each one on. There was only one coffee cup in the room. The bathtub had a purple haze to it. Also, the staff member who checked us in did not tell us about an internet password or point us to the elevators (we were on the 4th floor and we didn’t see any signs pointing us to the elevators), but we were able to check in early at 2:30pm instead of 4pm, which was really helpful for us. We were really thankful the indoor pool was working! Overall, a good stay.

We pretty much stay here when visiting, this time our original room didn't have a refrigerator, but the staff quickly moved us to a room with one, well done!

The hotel was outdated, the room carpet was old and had a bald patch. My credit card was charged for incidental without any explanation. I had to call the hotel billing and was later informed it was for overnight parking. However, no one even asked if I drove a car or taken any information regarding make of my car or license plate number upon check in.

We waited 45 minutes for someone to check us in at the front desk. Rooms did not match the photos on the website (they must of been taken when the hotel FIRST opened). The rooms are in complete disarray, dirty and in heavy need of renovation. We ended up switching from the first room because the shower head was broken, the toilet had low flushing pressure, and the TV didn't work. I understand the "get what you pay for" mentality, but I would expect this from a motel not a hotel, especially not a quality inn. The staff member who took care of us was friendly and did her absolute best to work with what she had, so I want to emphasize we did not have any problems with her but the way the entire place is run. A $100 deposit on a room where everything is dirty, broken, patches and rundown is absolutely ridiculous. What's left to break? Would absolutely recommend finding a different hotel.

Great location! Walkable to downtown and to Plaster stadium. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Shower has great pressure and VERY hot water (almost too hot).
