This is an ocean front 1st floor unit. This unit comes fully equipped with phone, cable TV with 3 flat screen TVs and furnishings, including kitchen appliances, microwave, washer and dryer. This unit is 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and has an outdoor patio opening from the spacious living room which faces the dunes and beach boardwalk. It has a king bed in the master bedroom.

The master bathroom off the bedroom has been renovated with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is an open and well-lit room with ceiling spotlights and counter tops and appliances. The perfect place to come and relax, kick back and sleep to the sound of the ocean.

Disclosure: Wet bar does not work as there is no water line.

Peaceful and Comfortable

My son and I very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was attractive and quiet, as well as well equipped. The furniture was comfortable, both couches, the dining table and chairs and the beds. We were just steps away from the private boardwalk to the beach. We spent most of each day on the beach—-the beach was beautiful, not crowded, and a nice mix of ages. While the condo we stayed in didn’t allow pets, we were delighted by all the dogs on the beach (leashed, of course). I didn’t realize that St Augustine Beach was so pet friendly. If you are looking for a pleasant, peaceful and restorative experience you could t go wrong with this property.

If you're looking for a quiet, family- oriented beach, this is the place!

This is our third time staying in this unit. It is well-stocked, near the beach, and on the first floor! It is on the oceanside, but there is no ocean view, which isn't a problem for us. We like this unit and its location! Near grocery and great restaurants.
