This thoughtful 3rd Floor Balcony Suite is perfectly located, close to the beach access with a beautiful ocean view. The Balcony is the perfect spot for sharing a sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening. This condo is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV in the living room that includes HD programming. The queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam sleeper sofa mattress and a small recliner. The kitchen was recently remodeled to include a 4 burner stove with oven and new appliances and countertop. The bathroom has plenty of storage space for towels and an updated walk in shower. Ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom keep the beach breeze throughout the condo. The private bedroom has a King size Beautyrest pillow top mattress and a 26" flat screen TV. This is a great spot to enjoy all there is to enjoy at the beach! NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Check in was terrible. Never received a response from host after many messages Arrived early. Checked in at office . Was told they would text me a door code before 4 pm. Was waiting in front of unit at with our language. No text. Tried calling office. No answer. Sent messages for assistance with host thru vrbo. Had to walk to office. They told me they are working on the codes. They are very short handed and doing the best they can. They texted me the code. I went back to unit and tried the code. It did not work. Tried contacting host thru vrbo. No answer. Sent more messages. No response. Called office a few times and actually someone finally answered. They looked up the code and said I had the wrong code. Sent me the correct code. Then the door opened.finally got into unit around 4:25 pm.The unit itself was very nice . Very clean and nicely decorated. Never received any response the whole visit from the host. Horrible host. Worst time ever trying to get into a vrbo

We enjoyed everything about this place. Service was very welcoming. The condo itself was very quaint and had everything we needed. We arrived right before the massive winter storm Fern went thru the country so it was colder here then normal but didn't stop us from heading to the beach everyday. Had a great time.

Short Vacation at Crescent Beach

We had a day between a cruise and heading home and wanted a day at the beach. This property was perfect for our short stay. Very clea. Beautiful beach. Nice and cozy condo made for a perfect stay in paradise! It's close to St. Augustine and we enjoyed our time there very much.

This condo is perfect for a couple or small family. The staff on site is very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. It is only a short drive from St. Augustine, while being far enough away to avoid the crowds. The description on the website is spot on.

Great view on the ocean

The view was great, Balcony looked out to the ocean. Parking lot needed to be policed my mgmt. Large campers parked in single spots, taking up 2&3 spots because of their length and width. Way too many dogs allowed for a relaxing stay. We all know when the owner leaves the room the dog barks, it's a fact of life. They should try to limit the amount of dogs they have stay there at one time.

Great place for a couple to stay!

This property was right on the beach, and our unit, 310, had a great view of the ocean. I like how we have private access to the beach. The only trouble we had would not apply to most, and that was that we had my mother with us, and she was in a wheelchair...The place is much too small for wheelchair access. We had to move furniture to get her in the door and stack tables to pull out the bed for her. For just 2 though, it's great!

Loved the peace and quiet offered at Beachers Lodge! The pool area was nice and private access the beach was great. I would recommend it to anyone staying in St Augustine.

Worth The Drive From Vermont

Exactly Perfect

Our goal was visiting St Augustine but also to enjoy the beach. This was the perfect location! Quiet and just far enough out of St Augustine for it to be quaint and low key. But, also there was plenty close by to not have to drive into St Augustine everyday. So many great little shops and restaurants within just a few blocks of the property! Everyone we met was super friendly. The locals were all great! The maintenance person on the property daily from 12pm-10pm was awesome. Friendly and upbeat. He seemed to really enjoy his job! This was a great place for a beach vacation!

Perfect weekend getaway

It was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway and the view was amazing! One thing to note is there are only stairs to get to the beach, no ramp. It didn’t affect our stay but we didn’t realize that when booking.

Condo was PERFECT for the two of us! It looked even BETTER in person! View from our 3rd floor balcony was spectacular! Clean…everything worked! Great beach access (we hit the beach everyday for two weeks). Super way to spend our 55th anniversary!!!
