Prior to arriving the hotel sent a message with what was included with prices and a schedule. The valet is required, and was quoted at $36/night. At the hotel it was $40. The times submitted for included activities was incorrect, and there was a lack of helpful staff. The room we booked, was not the room we received. The room we received was not properly cleaned, and after many unanswered calls to the front desk, we went down to the lobby. They were apologetic, but then moved us into another room that was still missing the ocean front view we booked. After more unanswered calls to the front desk, and another trip downstairs, the difference in the room prices was refunded. We wasted so much of our stay just getting things settled, we were unable to enjoy the resort activities as planned. In addition to the delays and lack of follow through on the reservation, the hotel needs maintenance in many areas. The beach is beautiful, and the location is convenient.
