The hotel's room where very clean with nice decor. The bed is especially comfortable. I never sleep well when I visit hotels but I slept so comfortably. The pillows are comfortable and they give you enough pillows per bed. I really enjoyed my stay for two nights. There is plenty of parking and the property is very clean well maintained with gardening and beautiful. The pool looked absolutely gorgeous and inviting. I didn't get to use it during my busy stay but I really wanted to. It was quiet there was not any noise the rate was reasonable. The staff was very nice very professional. From the front desk including the Maids that service the rooms.

The area wasn’t the best, the beds didn’t look or resemble what it looked like in the picture and a bit on the hard side, we had Kids on both sides where they were screaming and carrying on so it was very noisy, specially when we didn’t have any kids and we were getting away for my mom’s birthday and it was the first time that we’ve gotten away for a vacation when it didn’t have to do with a passing of a family member, which is what’s been in the past few years and we were trying to get away just to have a little fun and relaxation. Last few years were not the best for our family, then I asked for extra towels because we only got two big towels in a couple medium size and a couple washcloths well I use two towels myself, I was told, I had to return my dirty towels in order to get new towels, Well then what am I supposed to do? Only two big towels for two people staying in the room, I’ve never had that one before, The breakfast. There wasn’t really much to offer on the breakfast, no bananas, only apples limited on eggs, sausage no bacon. It wasn’t very quality at all.

Meh it was alright

The room description was wrong on the website we were supposed to have a room with a couch for bc we were traveling with the family. So, we started off with the wrong room then was told we couldnt move to the right room and pay the difference bc it was non refundable and done thru a third party the hotel staff member was nice but she couldnt help bc it was booked thru a third party website and had to call Hotels.com to resolve the situation. We ended up paying $17 dollars for a roll away bed we had to purchase from the hotel bc Hotels.com wouldn't move us rooms and let us pay the difference. The room itself was alright we had a few things the shower drain plug came out completely with the drain finishing and it showed a bunch of soap scum which was gross. Then our sink kept filling up with water bc the plug was broken and wouldn't stay up like it was supposed to the toilet stopped working in the middle of the night which was concerning it stopped filling up water. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke even though it said it was a 100% smoke free hotel. The location was nice bc it was right across the street from the beach and for the money we paid it wasnt bad but the experience of how the room was kept was not appealing I wouldnt book there again.
