Very clean & comfortable room with everything you need. There is a good size dorm fridge, microwave & honestly don’t remember if there was a coffee maker. The rooms have been pretty recently updated & for the money is fabulous. I really enjoy the location just across the street from the St John Pier on A1A.

Quiet, close yo beach and clean. Staff is wonderful & friendly Rooms are a little run down, and bathrooms have gaps between the wall and shower and paint peeling off walls. I would still sssy again for the price and location.

Bathroom was dirty with hair & urine all over the toilet and floor. The entire room was very dusty with multiple finger smudges in the dust. Refrigerator had some crumbs and previous liquid droplets in it. Staff was very nice

Had to move rooms twice due to odor. The second room had water damage in the ceiling and smelled of mildew. Furniture outdated with headboards peeling. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool and it was closed down for renovations. No mention of the closure at time of booking. My kids were very disappointed.

This motel is disgusting! We checked into a filthy room with a foul odor. I went to desk to complain about the smell and the clerk handed me a can of air freshener. The refrigerator didn't work, the walls were dirty and the bed only had a sheet on it. The flimsy door had one janky lock so we didn't feel safe. I picked up the phone to call the desk, but it wasn't even plugged in and didn't have a cord! I went back to desk stepping over the trash and cigarettes all over the ground outside. The desk clerk didn't offer a solution or any empathy whatsoever. We checked out and moved to a much better hotel down the street.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and it was not cluttered with furniture. The bed could have been softer. The location is convenient to Historic St. Augustine and perfect for beach (right across the street) lovers. Plenty of food places within walking distant.
