My stay was very brief - just popped in to sleep after spending the day at Zion, didn’t want to make the drive back to Vegas that night and this spot was very affordable. I didn’t use the shower facilities and never saw the place in daylight so can’t comment much on what’s around, but the bed was comfortable and the space served my needs. Only complaint was that it was a very windy, cold night and the AC/heat unit in the cottage took a while to bring the ambient temperature to a comfortable level so I ended up waking up hot in the middle of the night. I’d definitely stay again, but might consider the weather when booking.

It was near the road but felt safe and secluded at the same time. Staff was very nice and helped make the stay nice. Greatful for one shower area that had a heater. It was very cold outside, but very comfortable during the shower

Gooseberry Lodges are amazing! The location to town and Zion was perfect. Watching the clouds roll over Zion first thing in the morning was simply beautiful! Accommodations are wonderful and communicating with the host was easy and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Highway traffic noise with a nice view

The row of cabins are built to close to the highway, so the traffic noise is intolerable to get a good night sleep. Also, the heating unit was sufficient to warm the small cabin, however it would go on and off and make to much noise.
