The booking was for 2 single beds and this was not what I got. I asked reception to move the 2 beds that formed the 1 in the room and make them separate. What I got was a broken and battered fold up bed. As that was the instructions given. I told them what i wanted the refused. My son didn't wish to cause a fuss and ruin the hoilday. The bathroom shower bath combined until didnt work as it would stay in to make a shower work and the plug disnt seal so no bath either. Mould in the bath corners and tiles that had missing grout so moved every time you stepped on them. We experienced inconsistent service in all parts of the services. Often getting things one day but not the next. This was in the restaurant and room from house keeping. One day food was nearly an hour to be served from ordering others under 30 minutes. Complimentary items not always given in the room or in the restaurant

Great stay always

I stay here regularly with my son. Lovely hotel with good amenities, pool and gym. Breakfast is a favorite and dinner is good but expensive comparatively. Great location and has a car park Staff are excellent

Great family break, beautiful location

Despite our room not being ready when we arrived and only having 1 child's bed (there should have been two) all of these problems were quickly sorted. The hotel staff, in particular Siyanda were all very friendly and helpful, so much so we have booked to return over Easter!
