Clean, comfortable room and very helpful staff. The shower faucet was a bit stiff and took some effort to turn on, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it

Me and my partner went there for our anniversary and it was a very disappointing experience. Parking garage was open to all public so there was no parking for hotel guests. We had to park outside on a side lot where we where told it was $12 to park, I told the security guard we where a guest at the hotel and he advised us to just get a parking pass at the desk so we don’t get a boot on our vehicle. We then had to walk 5 minutes in the rain with all our bags to get into the hotel. Then we got told we had to pay $25 for that parking (would have been $12 if we paid outside) which I was very surprised by considering we are already paying around $200 for a room for one night. The woman at the front counter was very rude and their credit card machine was not working so instead of the $100 deposit, we had to put down a $200 debit deposit. We arrived at 5:50 but due to the long parking situation of being stuck in the garage with traffic and then the complications at the front desk we didn’t get to our room until 6:45 and making us late for our 7:00 dinner reservation. Room was not like the pictures and the bathroom was dirty. The only even slightly good thing I have to say about this place is the bed was comfortable but all night we were woken up by loud noises outside the room. The free breakfast was not free and I was told I have to pay a fee. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and they were fantastic so I will never be returning to the delta.
