Always a pleasure

The staff at the hotel were excellent, and so were the facilities. Our main concern was the lack of free access to the WiFi as part of the package, unless you join the Bonvoy scheme. Having said that, the staff were very helpful in helping us to do this.

Hospitality is extremely hard call several times and no staff available no amenities pool closed need to be replaced not open or available no transportation available.

Off season is not the time to stay here. It is also in a residential area away from the other resorts.

I I think the structural facilities need some attention. Although it must be said that people were seen working in some areas.
