The hotel is very clean and in a great location. The breakfast menu was varied — they offered eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, coffee, juices, everything. It was a very good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly

Upon arrival, the staff was not pleasant. I asked if I could view the room before checking in, and I was told I was not allowed to see it, which was immediately concerning. The hallways smelled strongly of body odor, making the walk to the room uncomfortable. Once inside the room, the conditions were unacceptable. The hotel room was not clean. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean the bathtub before it could be used. There was a hole in the wall that had been stuffed with toilet paper to cover it, and the refrigerator was dirty as well. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing and far below reasonable standards. The poor customer service, foul-smelling hallways, and lack of cleanliness created an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I would not recommend staying here.

This is a pet friendly hotel and the first room I was given which was not a pet room still smelled like pets but it was not a problem getting another room Very accommodating I appreciate the service.

So bad. Remote didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, phone in room didn’t work, carpet looked greasy, shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Shall I go on? We were too tired to go anywhere else. Having surgery the next day, but still felt dirty. You should be ashamed to represent this hotel.

The pool was amazing it was salt water so much better than chemical's. The hotel room was ok average the kids above us from the next level running all night long. The breakfast was average got the job done nothing fancy but it works.
