When my bag was stolen at registration no one would do anything and assist. They just told me to go online to report it even though they have security and the camera was right there. I finally found a security officer a couple od days later to help. Weve had no resolution. My bag is gone and I dont know if they will ever check the camera.

The parking structures for the hotel are very confusing to figure out. Upon entry from the self park it was very difficult to figure out where the registration was as we couldn’t check in at a kiosk or remotely. You couldn’t hear the staff at all. The hotel room was ok, lipstick on a pig. The signs are deceptive within the hotel. We stayed with my service dog and the “dog relief area” is honestly disgusting. It’s located in an ally between the hotel and a parking garage. I have no idea how they even clean it because it smelt bad. They didn’t have any bags in the morning there was dog poo EVERYWHERE. There’s no hose or anything near it that can clean the area, if they do I would be SHOCKED if it wasn’t anything other than half assed. Tower 3 is closest to the “dog relief area”, which is confusing to get to. We asked a staff member how to get there and she was trying to have us use the escalator with a dog to get there. I was like, you can’t take a dog on that where’s the elevator? You would have thought their brain broke with that question. For it being a Cesar’s hotel I’m surprised that the hair dryer was broken, visually and functionally, the toilet paper was barely one ply, the shower couldn’t get hot water, the shower head sprayed out onto the floor, at least the bed was comfortable however it’s next to the AC unit which was making horrible sounds all night. We were also allotted TWO whole towels (requested more). Wouldn’t stay again.
