The safe would not reset to be able to be used. There was no fridge in the designated spot. There was a buzzing/humming all-night from where the safe and fridge are located. The room was CLEAN! The bed comfortable.

This Hotel is very outdated. You have to check-in at a kiosk even though there were agents standing around and chatting with each other. Elevator floors have broken tiles. Rooms are rather dark. We tried to ask for higher floors and away from the elevator but they told us that since we booked with Expedia that's the BEST rooms they can offer unless if we wanted to upgrade. Room temperature controls not working properly as we set it to 76 and were still cold at night. On the last day, there was no light or fan working in the bathroom. Called maintenance and they told us that the breaker must have tripped? HMMM. how does it trip? W did not use anything else but the hair dryer that the hotel provides. Could not shower before checking out for the Airport. Of, the Pool was closed for the season? How come that was not mentioned when we were booking this Hotel. Next time, definitely staying at another hotel.

Room was clean.. didn’t have a small fridge. Mirror in our room was corroded as well as the shower head. But overall was pretty good. Minimal interaction with staff, but when we did interact with them, they were courteous and responsive.

We stayed here for the closeness to a nightclub across the street. We did arrive early, (1pm) but were hopeful for an early check in. Immediately were told it was a fee to check in early. Having stayed at PH just a few months back and having also been early, we’re a bit disappointed as PH did allow the early check in. The room we stayed was very far, had a pool view and was not in the best condition. The sealant from the shower spigot was visible and clumpy. The lighting in the mirror was not working from the top right to the bottom right. The mini fridge in the room had at one point leaked because there was water residue damage on the shelf it was sitting in. The charging sockets were very loose. The walls had damage from the many people in there and they never looked to be taken care off. The 6th floor vending machine was out of order the whole time we were there. The heating system sounded worrisome when it would kick in. The bed sat on a wood frame and would slide pretty easily. We just expected more from a Caesar’s reward hotel. We do not foresee us coming back to this hotel in the future.

Okay stay. Shampoo in the bathroom empty. Black hairs left in the sink and shower. Questions how well they clean between guests. They dont have housekeeping come during your stay unless you ask for it.
