We were disappointed with the front desk staff and the casino staff all very rude. The cleaning staff were the best ones there. Very helpful. Kept everything clean. We expect the other staff to follow lead to keep our business.

We have stayed at the Linq several times over the years we enjoy that it is walkable distance for entertainment and food and it is also affordable.

So terrible. There was a shooting after I check in. I have to cancel the room. When I called into front desk, a guy said it is fully refundable. But when I went to the front deck, the lady said only $25. I need to contact Expedia by myself for the rest.

I liked how the promenade was right outside the side doors with a street full of restaurants and stores. This hotel is definitely for a much younger demographic. It’s loud and there are endless drunk girls screaming their enthusiasm throughout the hotel. The room we were put in the first night was not what I had booked and we had to wait for over an hour after midnight to even check in. That made us miss our VIP guest list at our planned event we were attending that night. We switched rooms the next day to what was supposed to be an upgrade, it had no refrigerator and they wanted me to pay an extra fee to request one. I had already booked a room w a fridge included. I never did get that. Bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. Unless you are 27 and younger, it’s not the place for over 30 year olds.

i bought strip view room but there was not any view. it is loud at night. i asked them to downgrade it to pool view room but they asked me to pay even more for downgrade. room cleaning was not done 1 day out of 6 days we stayed there.

Everything about the hotel was great with the exception of the smell. My room had a distinctive odor (smelled like a combination of turpentine and cleaning solution) the smell was so strong. I called and they sent someone up but could not fix it. I had to run the AC on full blast and leave the front door open to clear the smell as it made me nauseous. The room cleared out the next day. I was a little turned off by no offers to change rooms. Otherwise the stay was just great.

Check in was difficult and inconvenient. Had to get someone to check us in physically due to system error. Room was comfy and had plenty of space. The hand soap in the bathroom was empty when we arrived.
