So here a little bit of my experience. I go visit vegas 2-3 times a year and for pass 2 years i usually stay here or at flamingo. This time i booked 2 queens bed and when i get there i ask if they can change my room to 1 king bed , first she give me attitude and said i have to pay extra and i said nvm im okay and theen When i went to room i saw it’s king bed size 255 sqft room super super small room ( the room i had book was medium size room 456 sqft ) so i went back downstairs ask to either change this room or give my room back the one i booked they said they can’t i have to pay extra ( funny part is to get the room i booked i have to pay extra ) and the last day i was about to checkout they charge me extra $20 a night for parking which is i didn’t even have a car 😂😂 so yeah no more at this place .,.

The hotel itself was nice, the rooms updated however some big opportunities missed that could have made the stay much better. There is clearly a spot where the fridge should go in the closet area that appears they have removed it as well as the barn style door on the bathroom offers very little privacy. Our other issue was the WiFi situation. For one only two devices can access it but ours only allowed one so in an attempt to have my friend be able to use her phone I forgot the network in my settings resulting in neither party having WiFi. After a very long attempt to get things sorted and close to an hour on the phone finally they just said to accept the $15USD charge and they would just comp it at check out, which they did. I just don’t understand how you can give anyone in the casino free access but paying guests have huge limitations. I found the hotel a bit hard to navigate and struggled to find the areas such as uber pick up but the location was great and close to the major hotels.

Good room design and condition, clean. The only thing is all the mornings I stayed there was quite some noise waking me up, maybe cleaning stuff working in other rooms. We all end the nights late and wanted to have a good sleep in the morning. Everything else was pretty good.

Easy automated check-in. Room was nice a little noisy air conditioning that was either hot or cold but probably expected in Vegas. Quick walk to the Sphere. Near cute little outdoor walking promenade with water misters since it is so hot. Lots of dinning options.

Very clean, good food options and central to everything. Pool closed at 6 which i guess is pretty standard in Vegas.

Weekend dead & co.

Short walk to the Sphere. Linq promenade was enjoyable. People were nice at all locations. Easy check in and out.
