The pool was super cold so it wasn’t very enjoyable, online it said it had a hot tub but wasn’t one. Breakfast was okay! A lot of shopping around the hotel and fast food near by and walking distance! Front desk was very friendly and helpful!

Wouldn’t stay there again. Front desk seemed non-existent at times, hotel needs updating. They did clean the room every day which was nice but hallways and stairwell looked older and not always clean. Out toilet made noise running all night and water in bathroom sink was very very slow to go down. Tub area needs updating.

We arrived at 0100 to our hotel, and I came in doing my normal spraying and cleaning prior to placing my things down or hanging them up. I pulled the covers back on my bed and noticed yellow stains on the sheets near the head of the bed, hair, and a brown stain at the foot of the bed. I asked the front desk for new sheets, and changed them myself. Instead of offering us a new room! The next day I requested more towels because we used them all. I received a new set of towels and the large bath towel had two huge yellow stains on them. I literally air dried because those were the towels that were supposedly fresh (we had to wait) and brought up. Luckily there are stores conveniently located within walking distance. I purchased face towels, pillowcases, and a cheap blanket. I was constantly cleaning everything once I did not observe a mop or swiffer on the cart to clean the floors of the bathrooms of people who checked out prior to our visit being over. This was a group trip for a team. I didn’t want my kid to be too far from his friends. Next time I will make my own choice of a hotel, because I was too freaked out by the uncleanliness. The good part to the story is they’re honest. My kid left a personal item and they called us stating they’d found it. Maybe someone who isn’t a germaphobe had a different experience. But I did not rest well until I returned home to my bed!

They put us in a room right next to the interstate. It was very loud all night. Thankfully they had great pillows that when you put them over your head they muffled the traffic noise. The breakfast was mediocre.

The second night we were there someone tried to get into our room, which is unsettling. The chair by the desk was not clean at all-lots of spots on it. I would not want to sit on it. Hopefully that chair will get attended to. Somewhat disappointing.
