I booked this hotel because it was one of the only hotels in Downtown STL that had a hot tub and that was actually affordable. I was very disappointed on Night 2 when I went to the hot tub and it wasn’t working. I talked to a front desk lady the next morning (who was very nice about it) and I explained that I didn’t know the hot tub wasn’t working when I booked and the guy working the front desk when I checked in didn’t tell me either. If I would have known this, I would have booked a different hotel. Both front desk workers I interacted with were very nice at least. This hotel is getting dated and could use some remodeling in the next few years.

Our family stayed here for a quick sightseeing trip to St Louis. It was a great location with easy access to the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable We would stay here again.
