We arrived late at night on a Friday and had an easy time with check-in. The receptionist (I think his name was Daniel), was so funny and helpful! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We were a great distance from everything we wanted to do in STL this weekend! We definitely will be back for the next trip!

The check in wasn’t accurate I had booked for two rooms and only had one that was booked and had us go very separate within the hotel. Other than that the employees were very friendly and helpful.

I got relocated for my booking at the last minute due to a system glitch. It was very upsetting at first but the Agent is very professional and kind in dealing with the situation, which I appreciated later on. I would still rate excellent although i didn’t get to experience to stay in this Hotel. They offer me a 1 free booking stay to any Drury Hotel. Hopefully it wont happened again. I would still recommend booking in this hotel coz it’s a walking distance to the Dome.

I felt our room rate was a good value considering how good the location was. The breakfast had several choices. I also liked that the parking garage was connected to the hotel, so I felt safe with my vehicle there overnight since my key card was needed to open the door to the garage and to access the hotel lobby. Our room seemed clean. I would definitely stay here again. There was an issue with our toilet periodically making noises throughout the night. Also, there was a band competition the night we stayed, so there were a ton of high school kids getting breakfast which created a super-long line. Luckily, our family got there before they did. The staff was going a good job handling the crowd. This hotel appears to be a popular place for large groups because of the value and location, so if you notice big groups, you may want to get to breakfast earlier than you normally would to beat the crowd. But overall, my family was happy with our one-night stay here.
