We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned on the second day. The sink tap had ketchup on it and was dirty and not cleaned properly and the floor was a bit dirty too.

While the staff was kind and helpful, not a good area or good fit for proper with small children. Street and access was unsafe and the pool was down the whole time which was the main reason I picked that hotel.

The staff was friendly, valet is required at $28/day, breakfast doesn’t have many options. Outdoor lounge is spacious and would be ideal for a family reunion or gathering. The pool was clean, but seemed on the smaller side. Everything was clean and overall stay was good. I would recommend.

I had never heard of the Element Hotel and now I can’t wait to return !!! The staff were so amazing during our stay. They were so helpful in sharing information about activities in the area. The hotel was nice and neat- which was a huge plus. I love that it is valet only. Dre was so patient when I needed to get my car simply to retrieve items (twice). Great staff
