Love this Hyatt. It has that old school popular grand hotel feel. Ruth’s Chris is a nice plus and it’s walkable to the arch and all the sports !

Staff were rude, the tub backed up in our room, we called room service, and they told us to give it 5 minutes and it would go down. It did go down, but it left our tub full of disgusting residue. There is no parking unless you want to pay out your nose for parking in VIP. The windows for the view of Arch were foggy and unclean, couldn't see out of them.

Would stay again. Wonderful Weekend getaway.

What seperates this hotel from many others in the downtown area is the people. They truly work to make your stay comfortable. My room was not satisfactory when I arrived as it looked like the plumbing backed up into the tub. They promptly gave us a different room and a breakfast voucher. Every where I went I saw staff and mangers alike working together and asking if we needed anything. On Sunday, when there was a checkout crunch, the Valet was slammed and had a line. I saw it and figured we were in for a wait. But the operations there had everything flowing smoothly and I had my car before I knew it. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, a bar and a Starbucks. Plus you can't beat the location. My only complaints would be the A/C wasn't too strong, and you could hear people racing cars down below despite being on the 16th floor. The parking is a bit pricey, which being downtown is expected and you must do valet on Friday and Saturday as the spaces are limitied.

Leaky ceiling at midnight strange but annoying

Well i called because we were running late at six flags cause of lightening delay so we waited it out rode some more it was 8 815 when we arrived no problem used valet never have before to save time got room decided to go eat finished eating at 1100 when we returned to room my boy said.dad ceiling is leaking in bathroom it was from the light i.immediately called they sent someone up the air condditioner was clogged up pipe was full of backed up water he went and got a shop vac rem its midnight now i asked for another room rhey said none available so time they finished vleaning getting roof back together getting us fresh towels and we showered it was 2am and we went to cards game sunday so i asked if any rhing was gonna be done amd.ge said.at desk nothing he could do.like he didnt know about it probanly didnot i just feel something could have been done ???

It was a very nice hotel the only issue is there is no parking. And getting to the hotel just to check in took forever just because of the parking situation. That’s the only reason for not giving it five stars.

Could of been better

We stayed at the Hyatt over the weekend and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Valet parking was a complete nightmare — we waited over an hour just trying to get through the traffic and have our car taken. That kind of delay sets a frustrating tone for any trip. On Friday night, we requested a rollaway bed, but it never showed up. No follow-up, no communication — just ignored. To make matters worse, the room temperature was unbearable. The room was hot all night, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t help at all. It was hard to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. For the price we paid, this was incredibly disappointing. Hyatt needs to seriously address these issues.
