are you serious

I got this room so I could get away and relax but they failed to tell us the hot water was not working so you had to attempt to take a cold shower. Ended up going to my friends to shower. I feel like for a hundred dollars I should have had hot water. I was offered no discount! Only thing front desk said was I’m sorry they should have told you! WELL aTHEY DIDNT. Defiantly not worth a hundred dollars a night.

It was a really really good experience for the price, the cleanliness could use a very very very very slight touch up but outside of that I’d give it probably like a 8.7 out of 10
