It was cold and freezing outside and he told us we had to wait 30 minutes to get room after we put in reservation and we got dropped off and had to stand outside and made us feel unwelcome to wait in lobby

Broken fridge!

It seemed nice but I didn’t care for the attitude. Everything was good until I told the manager my fridge wasn’t working and then he said the motel is not responsible for appliances working in the room? But he did offer to move me but I decided to get some ice. However, some guy ahead of me cleaned it out? So I waited about 45 minutes but only a tiny amount of ice came out!

Place is a dump. Rooms are disgusting! Road noise is bad!! Hair all over sink !! Hole in bathroom door !! Toilet seat loose !! Old towels in tub !!! No new towels in room !!! Outside, trash all over !! Smoking stench from other rooms. Never again and I am from this area . Disgusting, nasty , dirty, gross, . U have been warned !!!
