Go in the summer and look rich

"Anthony" at the front desk was very condescending. He looked at me like i didnt belong there. The key cards he gave me first didnt let me in the halway so had to immediately get them remagnitized. There is a $10 aminities fee, but I had no conditioner at all. And almost completly out of shampoo/soap. Had to bring the bottle from the sink. Usually i wouldnt mind this at all but for a $10 soap fee? The patio and shower was nice besides a that.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff friendly. We were there on Monday thru Wednesday and most of the dining options were not open the 1st 2 days. But we would definitely go back.

The check in clerk was so rude. I explained I was handicapped, did they have any of those rooms available. She said I hadn’t specified that, so no. I said it didn’t give me a place to choose that. Told her I had called and they said I could get breakfast when I reserved. It did not let me. Did she know about it? Again rude. No, I fly out of here when my shift is done. Couldn’t tell me anything about restraints. The bed was uncomfortable firm. Also, woke up to the smell of pot being smoked In an adjoining room. It was BAD and happened at least three times! When we got to the room it was freezing. Even though reserved, heater wasn’t on and it was only 60 degrees. Horrible stay!

This is an amazing place to stay! Multiple dining options within the casino was a plus. Once you get checked in you won’t have to leave again until you’re ready to check out and head back home.
