Very poorly run/kept hotel

Only one of the elevators worked. Our TV didn't work. There was no room service or cleaning or restocking. Room was right next to the elevator and it was really loud so we never got a good nights sleep. Asked for a room change and was told that the hotel was over-booked. The staff wasn't helpful at all. Will never stay here again!

The hotel felt like it was under construction but it was not. The room felt dated and hardly felt clean. It is really meant for people who to/from the hotel and are going to events next door. That was not me.

So-so

We had to get our room changed. The first room had a toilet that would not stop running and it wouldnt drip below 76 degrees. The lady at the front dest until 11pm was so nice and helpful. The second room was huge and much better!

Great Place

This was a great area to stay. It was quiet in our room and we were able to walk to several of our destinations. Lashona at the front desk was wonderful. They gave a recommendation for breakfast, it the place was so amazing!

Shower leaking from ceiling above. Water puddle under carpet by bed. Said they offered breakfast then did not. Kitchen under repair? No usb charge in room? Worst experience I’ve had ever.

Shower had wall leak bubbling behind paint Floor on Bathroom side was soaked? It would soak my socks in seconds? Phone in room did not work? Odd? Surprised they would rent in this shape? Also no breakfast as advertised? Said kitchen is under repair? Sad. Misrepresentation of their room offer. I booked 2 nights. Bait and switch deal! NG!

Not the best

Cleanliness was very well . But the parking was out of control coming from miles away I wasn’t expecting to have to park my vehicle miles away . They was no breakfast as stated and it was an additional $50 hold on my card check out days ago still haven’t received my refund . On top of the weed smell was very loud and uncomfortable.

Holiday Inn DO BETTER!!

Thia hotel needs some maintenance done. Out of 3 elevators, only 1 worked and it actually quit for several hours! Parking was also horri ble. They also need to enforce the NO SMOKING in this hotel!! It Reeked of marijuana. Real nice guys for all the families there with their kids for a Monster Truck show.
