This was a very humbling experience. Unfortunately I ran into so many problems during my stay. The ice machine didn’t work , the lights in the room didn’t work , the refrigerator door was broken , the hallways & stairwells were dirty , the waitress on Saturday morning was very rude , the guy that served us on Sunday morning was lovely ! Excellence hospitality. The young ladies at the front desk were so sweet & helpful. I genuinely think overall this experience was by far the worst! This hotel need to work on cleanliness & maintenance for sure ! But thank you so much to the staff they did their absolute best to make sure my stay was top tier thank you so much

The property was clean. It was a nice stay and close to downtown activities. Was it the cleanest and best property in St. Louis? No. But it was affordable and clean enough to pass our test.

Only one working elevator , no accessible parking, no complimentary breakfast, tv was broken in the first room. Was given the run around about another room. Don’t understand why this is have this many stars I would give a half start not even a whole 1 star horrible !

I liked being a few minutes walk from the Metrolink train, which goes directly to downtown from the airport. Saves me cab fares.

Lounge chair not in room. They didn't replace after request. Phone didn't work properly. Inside pool sounded like they were outside window on 5th floor. Water stopped working for about 10 minutes while in middle of brushing teeth. Our room was next to elevator lobby and it sounded like they were in the room with us.

Avoid This Hotel – Needs Serious Attention

The room smelled musty and like urine. We had to sanitize everything ourselves because surfaces were sticky and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom was falling apart — peeling paint, broken vanity, missing toilet bolt, and dangerously loose handrails. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room until three days after we first requested it (and only after asking twice). The elevators were dirty, every ice machine was out of order, and the TV was nearly unwatchable. To top it off, we saw a giant cockroach by the pool — staff admitted it wasn’t the first sighting. The only positive? The staff were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, great people can’t make up for a filthy, poorly maintained hotel. I will never stay here again.

Good accessibility to downtown BUT hotel needed things fixed (room doors that didn't close unless leaned on or slammed;holes in walls; faucet fixture loose or missing;ice machines not working) very, very, very disappointing :(

Very Disappointed

The hotel did not have any ice makers on any floor that worked. At checkout, I mentioned this fact, and they said they had ice at the desk. No one told us this until checkout. Lot of help that was. There was no parking which was not mentioned. I had to park in a garage 3 1/2 blocks away. This was in a dark, desolate area. Walking back to the hotel after dark by myself was not ideal. The girl that checked us in was not friendly. I could barely hear her and she was not helpful. The pool area had no towels on both days we were there. The door to our room 231 did not shut good and was hard to open and close. You had to shove it with your shoulder. I was very disappointed with this hotel for the money that was charged. I will never stay there again.

Its Ok to stay here but not worth the price

For the price for the room,this place was actually disappointing. Parking is a hassle!! Front of hotel is dirty with cigarette butts and not nice looking. Surprised to find our view was the indoor pool so couldnt open the blinds which was disappointing. The room phone didnt work. The thermostat cover was broken so couldnt adjust the room temperature. There is no closet, so that was a letdown. Would be nice to have been able to swim in the pool but it was full of kids all night long. Should have an adults only hours so we can enjoy a calmer setting. The bed was comfy,the room was a good size.

Will not be going back. Definitely not worth the money. Our room was still dirty, it was falling apart, there was mold in the bathroom, the room smelled horrible, the pool was gross, and the breakfast "buffet" is not worth $12/person.
