All my expectations for staying at the Chase were satisfied. I couldn’t get the Keurig coffeemaker in my room to work. I did not receive a timely wake-up call 2 nights in a row. The staff were very friendly and good.

This historic hotel is so beautiful, we love staying there and being close to Forest Park and downtown for a weekend away. Plus, the hotel has plenty of dining options within walking distance or on site.

Really appreciated the parking setup—after a week of traveling, it was a relief to find complimentary guest parking that’s also available to the public. The rooms could use a little TLC (personally prefer a shower over a bathtub), but the lobby and lounge amenities definitely made an impression!

This was our 1st time in St.Louis, it was great! Easiest check-in ever!! Everyone was friendly! My teenagers loved it! We were a little bummed bc of the rainy weather, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but overall a beautiful hotel and it was a great experience! &&& If y’all need ice, it’s on the 3rd floor.

Power was out all night.

During my stay on 05/04, the power went out all night so I had to sleep in a room with no power, no way to charge my devices, no way to see where anything was at, and was not accommodated. I was told I had to wait until the next day and the person assisting me was not very helpful. Ruined my visit.
