Enjoy resort life…walk on the beach, take a dip in the resort pool, rent a catamaran or beach cruiser for the day, dine at the on-site restaurant or walk 1-block to several of the best dining options on St. Simons! Open your sliding door to the ocean front patio and enjoy the breeze & listen to the waves roll in! Located on the 1st floor of the highly desired north villas, your patio opens out to the sprawling lawn which is a perfect spot to let the kids play as you have your morning coffee or enjoy happy hour and take in the stunning sunsets. There is one designated covered parking space in addition to other first come first serve parking.

First visit to St. Simons

This was the first visit to St. Simons for our brother and sister in law so of course we wanted their first stay to be on a King and Prince property. Very nice condo!! We plan to rent again in the future!
