Welcome to Village Revival! This newly renovated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom village cottage vacation rental located in the heart of the St. Simons Island Village area is the perfect St. Simons Island hideaway! Guests will find that the cottage is a 1 minute walk to all the best Pier Village area restaurants, shopping as well as the St. Simons Island Pier! Built in 1934 under the majestic live oak trees, Village Revival has been tastefully been remodeled with all the updates for guests to enjoy island living right in the middle of the best location on the island!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (7 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The large living room and adjacent game table room is the perfect space for guests to relax watching the game on the new 55" HD Smart TV or enjoying game time around the shuffleboard table. The kitchen is a great gathering place to enjoy preparing meals in this chef's style kitchen with a gas range and all the utensils and appliances that guests will ever need. The large dining table has seating for 6 and is easily located between the kitchen and living areas. Guests will enjoy outdoor living with a wonderful courtyard and garden space with a gas fire pit as well as deck area with seating to overlook the park across the street.

All the guest bedrooms in the cottage offer an en suite bathroom. The first of two primary bedroom suites has a king size bed with an HD TV as well as an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large closet. The second primary bedroom also offers a king size bed with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a large bathtub. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed (as well as an additional twin bed with trundle) and an en suite bathroom. Both the second primary bedroom and the third guest bedroom have direct access to a wonderful porch overlooking the park and towering live oak trees across the street.

What a beautiful rental. The location was perfect, located in the village and close to the beach. We were on SSI for a family wedding and this home met all of our needs for 6 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels for our stay plus the beach. Just perfect!

Perfect SSI Getaway

We loved this house — perfect location for our multi-generational crew. Easy walking distance to the village, close to the park, etc. The house is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped — we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We’ve already talked about coming back!

One of the best

This home was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever experienced. The house felt like a real home, with beautiful art, a very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for 3 couples. The neighborhood is quiet, facing a park, yet walking distance to restaurants and shops. We hope to return soon and often.

It’s a very nice place. One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Only one point to change for us “older” guests - instructions in use of TV! Never got one in BR on right to work. Tried hard. Instructions of remote were for a different tv I think. Know zero about streaming! Did I mention we are older! Otherwise as I said - great! Thx!

House is beautiful and well appointed with higher end appliances. The layout was perfect for our family. The bikes and beach chairs were a nice touch. The firepit area is nice and secluded and just the right size. We will definitely stay here again!

The Village Revival was the perfect place for our family as we came for a long wedding weekend! Very tastefully decorated, comfortable, ample, cozy seating in living area, quality linens, best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! It was so easy communicating via email and texts- did not have to worry about anything! So close to walk to the Village for restaurants and so close to beach! We loved sitting on the porch in the shade under the large oak trees! Just gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

The home that we stayed at was on a beautiful, peaceful street. It had beautiful oak trees that made plenty of shade. Although the street was very peaceful, it was just right around the corner from several restaurants and shops including my grandson's favorite ice cream shop!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely love this property! The first night we cozied up by the fir pit before fixing dinner. Gorgeous kitchen with everything you need! Loved the shuffleboard table. Cozy living room for catching up with friends. The location is excellent. You can walking to everything and leave your car parked. The street is so quaint and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and just taking in the evening views. Super comfy bedrooms. Lots of space and great mattresses. Super clean and well maintained. Wonderful communication with the rental company. We will definitely book again!

Great home!

This home was awesome! Just as pictured and described. Was very close to Mallery St and restaurants. It’s in a quiet neighborhood,close to a park. The home is surrounded by oak trees. There was 3 couples in our party, perfect for us. All bedrooms had a full bathroom. Would definitely return.
