Check in is 4:30 which is later than I am used too especially after a long flight to top it off the lobby had numerous of people waiting upset there was an additional 40 mins of waiting period before rooms were assigned.. Found a roach in the shower and on the bed. Reported it to the front desk and the response was I will let housekeeping know.. unacceptable.. Inconvenient when it’s time to dine.. no microwave to preheat food bought outside the hotel. Breakfast was also a long wait before served with no hospitality from one of the server not sure what her position is but surely wasn’t pleasing and her tone was unacceptable..

TV and phone didn't work. Went to take a shower and red sediment flowed out of the spout which has stained the tub and foot mat. We were moved to the room right next door. Construction outside made it impossible to sleep in past 7a. Dining option were very limited and depended on the day. Nice people but the facility is tired, old and dirty. I do not recommend

Please, verify that when the room gets serviced they leave towels!. Called for towels and after 1 hour nobody answered the call and it was necessary to go to the,lobby to receive service.

I loved the pool! I expected the pool water to be hot but it was quite refreshing! We ate at the restaurant on site and had a very good meal. I had salmon and my wife had a salad. Both were very good. Being on a main thoroughfare it was very noisy in my 4th floor room.

Front desk staff stuff and the night man was downright rude when I requested a room close to an elevator. Also added that the charge would be $50 after 1st saying, without looking, that there were no such rooms available. Hotel is nice, staff- not so much.

We couldn’t check in to our room at the check in time and had to wait for them to get the room ready for 1h 30mins after check in time. Also, the housekeeper took all of our towels and didn’t give us new ones. Neither did they refill coffee capsules for two days. Great ocean view tho, but noisy with the traffic. Security staff was great.

My room was not suitable for rental. There was no iron,no blowdryer, no remote control and no stand to rest my luggage on. Holes in the walls that was poorly patch. Linens were dingy in color. It seems like that room is a room where if something is missing from another room, it was taken from that room. This property has potential but its poorly maintained.
