The worst hotel I've ever stayed in . I was supposed to be a smoke free room and smelled like nothing but cigarettes and weed. The bedding had burnt ash holes in them . Even the 2nd day when they "changed the linen". The iron was so dirty and old. The walls and tub was dirty. The walls had several patches and needed serious remodeling done. The bathroom door didnt even match the frame. Like come on. I didnt expect a 5 star hotel but this wasn't even a 1 star hotel. I've stayed at several Red Carpet Inn before in different states and NEVER felt so uncomfortable to stay there. I will not recommend. I only stayed there to sleep only and i still wont recommend. I couldn’t get a refund so i stuck it out and stayed out until 1 a.m or so just so i wont be there. I showered at my cousins hotel . Although i cleaned the entire room and bathroom i still didnt feel comfortable showering there or getting dress there. I'm usually that person that wants to wait until check out time to leave . I went to sleep after 3 a.m & woke up at 8 and got myself ready to check out by 9 and that was only because I misplaces my car keys and had to search for them. Check out is 11 a.m. It gave motel scary movie vibes . 2 good thing they have cameras and no bugs. DON'T DO IT ! Let me not forget the customer service was trash as well and the lady had me standing there to check in for over 20 mins. While the other customer was taking for ever to fill out this little bit of information. No, acknowledgement
The room was dirty and had 2 moths flying around . The bath was rusted in the tub and the floors were cracked and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable. The tv had very bad reception . I will never stay there again.
Horrendous. It’s like a breaking bad motel. Inaccurate photos. Walked in and immediately left without checking in, booked another hotel and stayed there that night. Both the hotel and Expedia are refusing to refund me, so I will be filing a chargeback.
This was my 2nd time staying here, both times for work. I like that it was very close to my job sites in Stamford. I like the attached restaurant/bar, my bed was very comfortable and this time the room had great ventilation (smoking room). It is a good value and I will most likely stay here again if I am working in Stamford.
It was a quick one night stay while in the area. The room was nice and a short drive from things to do. We didnt get much sleep due to the animals in the room above us. Several calls were made to the front desk. Each time, the young man said he went and talked to whoever was in the room, but the noise continued. I asked to be moved to another room, but there was not a room close to us open and we had too much stuff to move at midnight.
