Was told they have never had complimentary breakfast. Room was in need of repair - molding cracked on ceiling, tiles cracked, floor had soft spots, bathroom door poor repair, bathroom door latch did not work properly, no hot water when attempting to shower, no channel guide for tv or any information documentation at all for anything!

The website indicated that breakfast was included; however, breakfast is not provided at the property. The cashier mentioned that the website information would be corrected, yet there is already a sign stating that breakfast is not included. This suggests at management is aware of the discrepancy but has not taken steps to update the website accordingly.

This is an older facility with very basic services, very close to the highway. It was adequate for our needs, the staff was helpful, but the place is noisy at night from the road and from the heating unit. The place was 55 degrees when we checked in and took hours to warm up.
