The lobby was nice. The hotel rooms are extremely dated with wallpaper falling off the walls. Same with the decor and furniture. Seemed clean. Very loud though hearing neighbors and car noise. Would say it’s an average hotel which was fine for a night in a pinch.

Photos give the property a different look. Upon entering the hotel it has a decent bar and presence however the rooms are VERY dated. Every room had 1 light which emitted very dull lighting. The mirror in the bathroom was supposed to light up for makeup and didn’t work. There were 2 hairs in the bottom of the tub when I arrived which makes me think it was not cleaned AND the windows were filthy. AC unit was loud and barely cooled off my room, however my friends AC in her room was much better. Spending $200 for 1 in this place was a rip off. I would not stay again

terrible cleaning

During my three-day stay, the room was never cleaned, no clean towels were provided, and the wall near the air conditioner is covered in mold and mildew. The shower drain has a horrible smell, and the main light in the room is out. This is a real shame for guests who want to rest.

This is a one night stay hotel. I had a medical procedure and couldn’t drive. The lobby and conference areas are spectacular. The room needs major upgrades. The carpet is stained and dirty. The rest of the room was clean. The pillows were flat and dirty. The pillow cases were clean. The room had an old musty smell. I would not stay at this hotel again. The staff was okay.

Close enough to downtown Stamford , parking was easy . I have a student attending UConn so it was close enough to everything that we needed. Will be staying again and Pet friendly is huge so when I come to visit my daughter can see her dog! This was our second stay here and now that the pool is open we can take a dip!

Stripping wallpaper, unclean hallways, needs a facelift. Housekeeping entered room 1 hour before checkout even though we stayed one night… spend the extra money and go to the Hilton or Marriott.
