One guest was going to the hospital in the -AM and wanted to be close.neither had heard of a 20$ parking fee. There was a toilet plunger outside the room next door and the shower did not drain while we were there

I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times when I’m in the area for work and it’s been a consistent experience everything. Staff is friendly, restaurant/bar is always good with great service from the bartender. Room is clean and quiet. Parking is available and with my VIP Expedia credit, it’s only $4, can’t beat that. This will be go to every time in Stamford

Where do I start? I was greeted very rudely by the clerk when checking in. The garage is unsafe to be in at night time. The bar tender could. I remember to put the alcohol in my drink, also she could not remember the lemon. Drink had 4 ingredients, they were not busy. The rooms are outdated and desperately need remodeling, the hallways are covered in yellow wall paper and the hallways are sprayed with some sort of lemon scent to match the wall paper. This place is horrible all the way through. Do not stay here
