The room was below par. Paying extra for a room with windows, you’d assume they were actual windows where you can look out to the street, and possibly open it and get some fresh air into the room. Instead they’re just a way to look into the world trade center. I stayed in a compact room without windows last time, and that room had MORE ameneties than this one had. It had a collapsible chair + foldable table which was perfect for using the room (bunker) for working. This time I had to sit in my tiny bed with the blinds pulled down since the ”window” had a hallway going right outside it meaning somebody could walk by and just look straight at me hunched over my laptop. So immensely disappointing.

It’s a decent hotel in a perfect location—just a short walk to the main central train station, T-Centralen, the bus terminal, and the Arlanda Express. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the main shopping strip is only half a block away. The heating, however, is inconsistent. When I asked the front desk, they explained that it’s a central system and cannot be adjusted individually. Signage is also unclear, especially when trying to find the elevators. Overall, you get what you pay for.

i chose this hotel simply because it was cheap and close to the arlanda express station… so i wasn’t really expecting to love it, i just was on a budget. but this hotel is super clean, cozy, and the staff was very helpful and nice!! there was a super convenient check-in and check-out process, and it felt very safe because of the many different key points in order to get to each floor. great location as well!! very close to drottninggatan and central station. i will definitely come back, it tremendously exceeded my expectations!

Self check-in is simple, just follow the instructions at the desk. Rooms are clean, at a comfortable temperature, and quiet...I couldn't hear any sounds of the the plumbing from nearby room users showering or toilet flushing. Having pump-pack hand and body wash/shampoo at the handbasin and shower is so much better than having the small plastic tubes or bottles. The only improvement I could suggest would be for a usb socket near the bed to allow overnight phone charging.
