Perfect walking distance from the central train and bus station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The front-of-house staff were wonderful-friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was warm and inviting, with thoughtful touches like USB ports that made charging devices easy and a bag and bottle opener hanging on the walls. Very comfortable bed and powerful showers Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and enjoying it on the rooftop with views over the city was a real highlight. Luggage storage was also available, which made arrival and departure comnletely hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience

Friendly front desk staff, helpful too. House keeping staff were wonderful ever smiling. Kenyan house help from Kisumu was friendly:) Room and importantly the bathroom was clean nothing fancy -hotel took into account to add more lights after reading comments of not enough lights. Location made the difference-close to transport and local attractions. Walkable city. Breakfast was so good- fresh neatly laid out. Healthy Asian options too.

Great stay! Staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. Smaller than we expected but we fit. One of the lights didn't work but otherwise it was good. I loved the peg wall of things you could borrow. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. The breakfast at Tag was incredible - like best food ever!! The bar is a really fun spot and a good range of snacks and drinks. We'd stay again for sure

Breakfast is amazing, many choices from porridge to japanese style. Bread and juices are in varieties. Perfect location to Gamla Stan and shopping. A little bit loud on weekends and could be crowded for breakfast.
