I reserved a suite, not 2 beds…..

I reserved a suite. I got checked-in, and went to the room. It was a 2 bed regular room. I went back to the front desk to inquire about the room, and the receptionist causally stated, she “forgot” to tell me they didn’t have any more 1 bed suite rooms, so she just “upgraded me.” Mind you, she has already run my card and charged me. I didn’t have a chance to say IF I wanted a 2 bed regular room, which she considered an upgrade, or if I wanted to just go somewhere else. It’s not an upgrade if I’m the only person staying in the room, with 2 beds. I needed a sitting area. It really bothered me that she “casually” forgot to tell me they didn’t have any suites (after running my card), even though I reserved one. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them. And why is there a 2 burner stove island in between the beds, and there are NO cooking pots/pans, utensils, plates, silverware, etc? Very weird. Glad I didn’t have a kid with me. That seems quite unsafe.

Requested refund

Our 1-night stay for a family of 4 was terrible! The pool was dirty and was instructed to hop the fence for access by staff, ice maker broken, non-smoking inn and the entire building smelled completely like smoke. The noise level past 10pm on the 2nd floor was loud. Our hotel door did not function properly and failed to closed completely. Staff just stated she would notify manager and no adjustments were ever offered or made. I highly recommend booking another location especially if you are looking for a comfortable and clean family stay. Room was not up to standards at all!!!!!!

Get what you pay for….

Too many kids running up and down the hallways. The room was definitely clean, smelled like bleach. Netflix wasn’t working on the tv. The front desk never answered the phone. When I checked in, I wasn’t told about breakfast or the WiFi information.

Tracy on a budget

Nice lil spot for the price. Our heater didnt work, but fortunately the weather wast too bad. I'll definitely stay again some time.
