Staff could be more friendly.given their reputation. Parking was at a premium to find a spot that didn't require walking up a long hill to the back convention lot. Room had a nice view of the river and pool area---only hot tub is heated though. Nice breakfast options.

Our room was large with a sitting area. The bed was comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were clean though a little dated. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but not outstanding. There was adequate parking and it was on the property just 5 minutes from Main St in Fredericksburg. We would stay there again.

Bathrooms were great! Very well lit and plenty of hooks. Hot tub and pool area very nice. The lighting in the creekside seating areas was non-existent. Not safe. Breakfast service on Sat. morning was horrible. At 8:30 they were out of BACON, yougurt, plates and silverware! The two staff ladies were in the kitchen eating BACON and completely ignoring the guests..

Even the basic suite has two TVs and a sliding door to divide the bedroom from the sitting area. Loved the super comfortable bed and the outdoor seating area by the creek. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.
