Great hotel

Hotel and location is excellent. Only problem was that Valet is not available after 5 pm and nearest self parking is good 15 mon away.

The best! Of 6 similarly priced hotels we stayed at on a recent trip, this one was buy far the best. Best service, best rooms - spacious, nicely furnished, even chandeliers. The court yard was excellent for relaxing. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Strasbourg

I highly recommend anyone staying here. The location was perfect. The space is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was a surprise with a waterfall shower that was heavenly! The staff was excellent. We did not use the spa but we did use the courtyard and it was nice to have a space to just relax. I would stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

Great place to stay in a wonderful neighborhood

Very picturesque room, under the eaves, just the type of quirky we like. No AC that we could see a control for, but opening the window to keep things cool in March is not an issue on the 3rd floor. Could be, though, in hotter months. However, one can get a pretty good draught when opening windows throughout the unit. Quiet neighborhood, so no city noise during the night even with open windows.

Cozy yet modern

It is a lovely hotel. The room is beautiful and spacious. It has a mix of tradition with modern finishes. There is a lot of attention to detail in the design, furnishing, and amenities. Service was also great. When I had an issue with the shower, they made sure to help me out quickly. The hotel also has an excellent location. I highly recommend it.

The Most Perfect Stay in Strasbourg

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by Mehdi at the desk. He was there throughout our stay to help with any of our needs and questions. Our suite accommodations were lovely and so comfortable. The decor, both historic and modern, was perfect. We, especially, enjoyed, having a drink in the evening and sitting in your beautiful lounge. Ian, the bartender, is the perfect gentleman, friendly and professional. He knew our preferences and we enjoyed talking with him every night. The rest of your staff, from the breakfast team to housekeeping, was superlative in every way. We had the happiest Christmas ever and hope to see you again! Until next time...

Best hotel in Strasbourg!

Went out of our way to spoil ourselves while staying in Strasbourg for the Christmas markets. This hotel was more than we expected. Service was wonderful

A wonderful hotel in a wonderful place in Strasbourg. Medhi and the staff were absolutely fantastic and made our short stay even more memorable. Spacious clean hotel in great location

Beautiful spacious room down quiet street very close to Petit France and easy walk to old town and cathedral. Staff were super helpful and gave us an amazing dinner recommendation.

From start to finish, this was a perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is central, you can walk everywhere. The room was rustic with pretty wood beams and very spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well appointed. Highly recommend this hotel!
