The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and provided us with some milk. The parking was plentiful and we were able to park the car in view of them room. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The view from the room was stunning and the bed very comfortable.

Room was very clean, view was spectacular looking over Lake Taupo and snow capped mountains in the distance ( LOTR Mordor). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from several restaurants and Lake Taupo on the doorstep for a swim
