The so-called hotel is in an apparent building, no indication which door and where to go. We arrived at 9:30 after a long day of travel and nobody there for check-in. Nobody answers the phone. This place is sketchy.

La chambre n'était pas parfaitement propre, il fallait demander les linges, il n'était pas dans la chambre. Le papier toilette n'a pas de dévidoir. Ca ne vaut vraiment pas plus d'une * . Pour une nuit ok.

La télévision ne fonctionne pas et aucune remise à été faite. Plus de table de chevet car on peut rien poser à côté de nous quand on dort on doit mettre par terre.🙁 Plus de prise car aucune prise à côté du lit Autre chose qu’un rideau dans la salle de bain car il vient vous collé à la peau.😬 Plus de clarté sur les tarifs car sur le site le parking payant est mal indiqué il faut allez dans les options donc quand on réserve sur le site on n’est pas au courant que le parking est payant .

No towels in room, bathroom door broken, toilet roll holder broken. Room wasn’t serviced in all 5 days we weee there despite putting sign on door to ask. No clean towels or bins emptied. Breakfast basic bit ok but not enough tables & chairs when hotel busy! Had to ask for more baguettes, fruit & croissants. Tiny pillows & hard bed

Il y avait une odeur de renfermé dans la chambre, pas de serviette de toilette (j'en ai demandé le soir même avant de sortir et à mon retour après 23h il n'y en avait toujours pas, et plus personne à la réception. Je les ai reçues le lendemain matin après les avoir redemandées. Il y avait également des cheveux dans le lavabo.

Dessus de lit troué par les cigarettes des clients précédents parking payant pour un première classe c'est une première !!! et petit déjeuner archi simple donc trop cher ! en fin de compte la totalité du prix est bien trop cher pour ce genre d'hôtel étape...
