It was a busy night at Embassy Suites but our room was surprisingly quiet even though there were a lot of kids in the open areas. Breakfast and managers reception were great!

We had a great time the staff on second shift were friendly and very informative. They made my wife and I experience that much more, because of that staff it factored into us wanting to extend our stay our stay was 5 stars until this morning when we tried to extend our stay instead of checking out she was very uninformed and i felt she didn't even try to help. So 4 stars from me in an otherwise a 5 star stay.

Charged for a liquor - not ordered

For my late lunch, I ordered a Pizza worth $16 only and I gave a total tip of $7.00 plus of course the usual service charge but when I checked out yesterday and reviewed my receipt they added a liquor worth $9.00 which I did not order ( I dont drink alcohol) I told the front desk and they promised to call me back as the person in-charge at the Bertrand’s Restaurant was not around. The total amount I signed upon delivery was $27.50 only but the total bill on my Hotel receipt was $39.13. Note, we booked here every year as a group for my husband’s bowling tournament.

Great property but many room upgrades needed. Tub paint peeling all over, furniture extremely stained and torn. Continental breakfast was picked over and they told us they didnt want to make more. Closed coffee/water/juice station down 30 minutes before end time.

It was buzzing with a ton of teenage boys this weekend for a basketball tournament. The walls were thin enough that we could hear at 9:15pm at night that one of the boys broke a door after what felt like 10-15 minutes of rough housing in the bedroom next to us. We could also hear the neighbor snoring in the morning since we had to get up at 6:30am on a Saturday. Besides that, just be mindful that parking is tricky because there is a new coffee house on the left side of the hotel. I had to wait for over 5 minutes just to make a right hand turn to the other side because car after car would come up and drive full speed so they could get in line for this coffee house. It was an unusual experience to say the least. On a brighter note, I loved using the Peloton bike in the exercise room.

For the most part the stay was AMAZING!!!!

We were very impressed with embassy Suites. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The hotel was very clean & quiet!! The only negative was for the manager’s reception. A lot of the food was gone, and there was still an hour left & nothing was replenished.

Property needs a severe update. Absolutely filthy stains on carpet and drapes. Sticky residue on table under the tv in main bedroom. Found a used straw next to the bed. Mattresses were diagonal on box spring upon entering. Black mold above window. Thermostat was not working so it was insanely warm in the rooms. Mini fridge didn’t work as the back was iced over. Only stayed for as long as I had to because no other hotels had any rooms left otherwise I would have left. Switching rooms to a different one was not an option. Lobby smelled as if they were having sewer issues. The front desk staff were absolutely exceptional and kind cannot say enough good things about them. The lady that brought up the extra bath towels for us could have used an attitude adjustment. Breakfast was really good as the omelet station really was the attention grabber. Coffee wasn’t very good but everything else was as expected for typical hotel food. They were really busy so taking that into consideration I would say they did a good job at trying to keep things stocked. Hotel was quiet and pool was clean. Bummed out they decided to get rid of the hot tub.
