great spot but not worth the expense

The house was spacious and very conveniently sited but needs upgrading to justify the price.We are foodies and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The two of three kitchen knives were blunt and could not be sharpened. A stove element did not work - it burst into flames and went out. The espresso machine would not reach pressure. it needed cleaning and descaling but there was no way to do that. The dishwasher was old and its setting markings unreadable. it would not accept wine glasses. No lemon squeezer, no garlic crusher The BBQ could not be started. Downstairs, the shower pressure was pathetic. There were no extra towels (for seven adults). No bedroom mirrors. No place to hang towels. old washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool somewhat dirty and past its best. The departure rules draconian. The cleaners arrive with military aggression at exactly 10am and you must be totally clear of the entire property and somehow get rid of all rubbish on the property. Other rents places will clear the rubbish during your stay. Here there was no facility to cope with over a week's rubbish.

Wonderful location

Fantastic property in a wonderful location. Walking distance to Hastings St, Main Beach and Little Cove Beach. Great floor plan that fits 2 families perfectly. The only negative was that the pool needed cleaning and wasn't very appealing for anyone to use.

Girls weekend

We were a group of 6 friends having a girls weekend. The house had a very well equipped kitchen, had lots of space and was well set up if you had 2 families staying. Very easy check in and check out. Thank you for our late checkout! The house is in walking distance to the beach and shops. We had a lovely stay.

Family of adults, and a baby - it was amazing. You are right next to the national park and feel like you are in a relaxing oasis, but right next to the beach to walk over for a swim. Would love to go back. Cant wait to go back!

Amazing location, simple beach house

Awesome location, 2 min walk to Little Cove beach and National park. 10 min walk to Hastings and restaurants. Plenty of parking room (3 cars) on property. Basic beach house with good pool and huge shared tennis court. Gorgeous rainforest surroundings. Pool area tiles need a clean as area very slippery from build-up.

Beach house - little cove

Booking online was easy Check-in was easy Sacha was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful The property was excellent and with in easy walk to national park, beaches and Hastings street in addition to on site pool and tennis court. Only down side was up front payment for 100% of booking cost. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
