Designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize ocean vistas, this spacious retreat is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking comfort, style, and unforgettable coastal memories.

This beautifully appointed home features six bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms and includes an elevator for easy access to all levels. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is tastefully furnished and provides ample space for gathering and relaxation. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with a gas stovetop, icemaker, and both Keurig and standard coffee makers, making meal preparation effortless. A cozy gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while HD TVs in every bedroom and high-speed internet ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay.

Multiple covered decks and porches offer the perfect spots to enjoy ocean breezes and scenic views, including upper-level dining areas ideal for al fresco meals. Outside, the private pool provides a refreshing escape, complemented by a poolside eating area for casual outdoor dining. Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88 degrees and can only maintain a temperature 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate if the outside temperature is below 55 degrees and will not be turned on June–August. Please call for details.

Holden beach

The house was perfect for our size families. We were told at the end of the trip to put all linens in a bag provided…we didn’t get one. We also didn’t have kitchen towels or enough dish washer detergent. One of my sons called on Monday and someone did bring sponges and liquid dish soap but we had already purchased some. I’ve also mever stayed at a house the didn’t Al least give one extra trash bag to get you started

Absolutely perfect vacation home

The home was absolutely amazing! Layout was perfect for large family and every need was anticipated. Fully stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, and spacious bathrooms. Extra refrigerator in basement was a bonus we appreciated. Did not have a chance to use the pool due to rain and chilly temps but look forward to the opportunity to revisit this stunning home in warmer months.
