We spent the day in Apple Hill, and checked in at 3:30. We walked up and down the quaint Main Street of Placerville, and had dinner at a restaurant that was recommended by the hotel. Dinner at Brick's was yummy, and a short stroll from the Hotel. We slept well and got up and went to coffee at Cuppa in the morning. The only small issue we had was the trash being collected at 5:30 am, (This is a city issue, not hotel) Enjoy your stay

This turned out to be a wonderful experience and stay at this property. The check-in was easy, accommodations were beyond my expectations and the location was beautiful and amazing. It's convenient to the town of Sutter Creek and a 15 min. drive to the small historic town of Volcano. It had all the amenities of a resort stay, yet quiet and secluded for an enjoyable get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Charlotte was so helpful with check in and directions and Betsy was a pure joy to meet and connect with. Recommend this property 100%.!

Pleasantly surprised with renovated rooms. Love the nightlight in the bathroom. Safer for us elderly nighttime visitors

I have stayed here before and always enjoy the property. Several shops in walking distance along with food options. If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the free breakfast wasn’t warm enough.
