This apartment has amazing views and is located next to the Bicentennial Park. You can fish off our own private dock or at the park public fishing area. This was a perfect break for our weekend getaway. Pet was very happy as were week. Cute shops very close by, nice places to walk. The deck is incredible. Nice place to wake up to.

Views for days

This property has some of the best views of the river I've seen. Photos of the property are accurate, it was very clean, and easy to get to the little downtown Swansboro area, which had cute shops and local restaurants. Tony was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Loud views

The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly.
