Loud doors!

Nice hotel, great service BUT… One of the elevator doors was very noisy, making a screeching sound every time it opened & closed. We can hear it down the hall in our room. The doors to each room slam & closer very loudly. Most people were good about controlling the door, but if they weren’t, the doors would slam. Woke us up early in the morning & it kept happening until we finally left.

The stay was nice, staff very polite, continential breakfast was good. I would have preferred a better shower, the room we had, the shower didn't have a hose attachment, but it did the job, also the 3rd floor ice machine was out of order and the closest one was on the 1st floor back of the building.

Step it up....

I am happy about our stay but there are a couple of things that need improvement. Saturday morning they served Raw uncooked potatoes. And the Squeeling Elevator door is just ridiculously loud.

The room was fine, clean and comfortable, but the bathroom linens were scratchy and small. Also, no extra kleenex. Sink had a crack and small hole.

The staff was very friendly and nice, the breakfast was good. But our room could have been cleaned much better . The bathroom sank was not that clean and the shower could have been cleaned a little better. The sheets was not very clean.
