Hotel, pool and breakfast were great!!

Our stay was for our son’s 8th birthday celebration! There was some confusion regarding the room we reserved and what we were received. Apparently the 2 bedroom suites were unavailable so they put us in a Jr. suite with a conjoining 2 queen bed room. They stated that they were unable to call us regarding the change because Expedia does not share our contact information. On a different note, the indoor pool, hot tub, splash pad and sauna were fantastic!! In the end everything went well for my son’s birthday party. He had a wonderful time and that is what really matters!!

It was okay

It was nice. It was clean. The rooms are old. On the day I was checking out, the water was shut off which was annoying. I will probably stay somewhere else next time. It wasn’t bad just nothing special.

Impressive!

The service is above and beyond! The front desk check in was very friendly and worked hard to get us a pet friendly room. The area the hotel is in is great! The room was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and wonderful shower. The breakfast is full restaurant service with a buffet and omelet station! Definitely not your typical free hotel breakfast!

I love that this property is right on the green belt. They were however doing maintenance on the river view rooms, and there were unattended children in both pools, which made swimming and soaking a very bad experience.
