Brilliant accommodation and service

So impressed. I arrived early but they checked me in and I was able to get to my room in the morning. The staff were super helpful, I even received a call to check everything was ok. The apartment was so spacious and comfortable, close to all amenities including westfield. Will definitely stay again

My only issue was the chair at the work desk, it was very low and couldn't be adjusted to be higher. I ended up using one of the dining chairs to work at the desk. It would be great to have an adjustable chair.

Meriton Hotel Chatswood is very convenience hotel for shopping, public transport and dining options. We always stay Miton Hotel at Chatswood. However, I am not happy with cleanliness. We noticed the floor around dinning and kitchen area is always not cleaned enough. I can feel sticky floor when I walk on the floor. Also, windows are not clean. I stayed city view side. I wanted to take a phot of the misty city from the room, I couldn't take it as the widow grasses are dirty.

Merton Chatswood is conveniently located near train stations, malls and supermarkets. It’s great for a family of 4. The apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, which is great for meal prep. It’s also only 15 -20 mins commute to central Sydney, so it’s easy to get in and around tourist attractions.

The only thing I did not like was that my apartment was on a different level to the lift. After struggling to get my luggage doe a flight of stairs I discovered that I could move my car to that level.
