Lovely stay. Excellent facilities in the room including cooking facilities. Square being redeveloped, but a short walk and lots of oriental dining options. 100yards from underground station, though not marked on local map. Needed road address.

Room was good, toilet was clean. It’s just that the Check In staff was sarcastic when my daughter and her boyfriend mentioned the reason for their stay. They didn’t have to tell him that she just had surgery. Whatever the reason was, he just has to believe that and didn’t have to be sarcastic. He could have done much better.

Really frendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station so youre about to make it anywhere quite quickly. It is in a quieter neighborhood, so there isnt much around there to do.

Convenient Location

Convenient location not far from the airport. Novelty reception area. Cafe was handy for breakfast. Helpful staff. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Pity the trains weren’t running to schedule as it’s right near Green Square station. A short walk to Woolies and BWS and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional service

The staff are brilliant: polite, eager to help, and down-to-earth. They went above and beyond when my partner was feeling unwell. The hotel is clean, comfortable and Discord for the price. The restaurant looks really good and the bar is handy and reasonably-priced. We found the location really handy: easy to get to the airport but also the centre and beaches, all via public transport. All in all, a great stay.
