Very spacious room made it easier to relax in. Great staff who looked for a positive answer to every situation. Walking distance to all the city shopping without being stuck in the middle of it.

Good stay

The staff working at the hotel were all very friendly and accommodating. We came in a big car and wouldn’t fit in the underground car park and the staff happily provided alternative parking for us. The rooms are becoming a bit dated and felt unclean. The carpet and couch had stains, the bathroom silicone had mould around the shower, sink and toilet and the walls all around the room had dirty marks and scuffs. The pillows on the beds are quite thin and uncomfortable. Daily room service made sure the sheets, towels and room was always feeling fresh, which did improve the feeling. The hotel is in a good space and within walking distance of the CBD. I think with a bit of TLC this hotel would reach what you expect a 4 star hotel to look like.

The property is well priced for the area, which is walking distance to china town and the mall. Staff were helpful. The room was clean and comfortable; but a little bit tired. The fridge was a bit small (no freezer section), which was a tricky for a family of five trying to save on take away. No microwave in the room, but one in the lobby. The shower is over the bath.

placed in an adjoining room where the doors and walls were so thin it was like I was in the adjoining room. I could hear everything - and I mean everything, including morning and evening sex. Horrible, invasive experience.

Reasonably priced in great location

A great location, just a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour. The free underground parking at the hotel is rare in the CBD. The room was basic and comfortable, but very reasonably priced for its location. Unfortunately, our sliding door to the outside balcony wouldn't lock, the air con didn't work and the spare bed wasn't made up on arrival. However, the staff were polite and helpful and sorted the bed out straight away. The buffet breakfast was good for the price and it's an easy and convenient option.
