I chose Quest for an overnight stay because of its location close to Qudos arena, and the price. On arrival the reception staff were great and got me checked in fast, including a parking space. She also made sure to offer some advice on where to go in the local area. Room was a little older but very clean and the bed was comfortable. I'd definitely book again.

The staff were super friendly. There was a mix up with parking but that was easily sorted. Small thing but done tea bags would have been nice. I didn't think to pack any because they are normally in the room. Lots of coffee but no tea.

There was no air conditioning available to the rooms. We walked in the room and it was over-heated. Then tried to control the split system and hoped that the room would cool down, but it didn't We had a terribel nights sleep. When i questioned the staff at the desk, they said sorry but we control the heating during the winter months and did not show any empathy for the uncomfortable conditions. I explained people with medical conditions cannot stay in those hot conditions but they just said sorry again and just didn't care. We checked out earlier than planned. Dissappointing.

I had to park over at the public parking station which was a good 5-7minute walk. Hotel was very busy due to a concert. I will be was very happy to there again.
