Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires.

This property was a JOKE! We order a balcony room and the sliding door was nailed shut with a bolt, so you couldn’t open the door at all, sure this is a fire hazard! There was a massive hole in the wall above the sliding door Our room was surrounded in scaffolding The pool was closed They were under staffed and the manager was just sitting in the back room watching cameras Out check in was delayed by an hour

Room was huge with a very comfortable lounge. Comfortable bed but pillows were too soft for me. Lovely view to Luna Park. Great location close to transport and cafes. One of our kitchen cupboard doors was broken which was fixed. My wire drawer unit was broken and wasn’t fixed. Someone needs to check the room before it’s occupied.

We loved the conscience of this hotel and 95% of the staff were incredible! Only issue was with a car for a night that ended up only being for a few hours! Staff went out of way to help fix and take care of issues- we blew the fuse and the dryer stopped working all fixed very quickly.

I think we have stayed her before and will certainly do again. Location is excellent just metres from Wynyard station and minutes from circular quay. Plenty of eating opportunities close by including two just outside the front door.. Nice balcony as well. Pleasant staff. We didnt use the housekeeping service. No breakfast but plenty of coffee places and convenience stores around.

We weren't informed that the renovations happening outside of our 2 windows. Being on the 9th floor they wete using cranes and lifts passing our windows. Yes we could close the curtains, but being informed would be nice. Lots of screeming from the street, which you have no control of. In general place was nice. Regarding cleaning i would recommend the cleaners to open every cabinet and draw. (Box of condoms let in one of the cabinets, and empty bottle in the rubbish bin)...

The room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, and a small kitchen with a normal size fridge. The location is very convenient in all respects, transportation to the airport, dining, shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast is provided in the nearby Amora Hotel. I certainly will book it again on my next visit.

Pleasant enough place to stay but on arrival there was no soap, no shower gel and had to ask a couple of times for these to be supplied. Then the tea was not restocked - perhaps little niggles but at the prices we were paying I don’t think we should have had to ask.

When I got there I found out the pool was closed- it would be very easy to let guests know this in advance as I would have booked somewhere else. Then they placed me in a room with scaffolding completely covering the balcony and there was a garbage bag under the bed. I called and complained about my room and they moved me (thank god) to a better room with a clear balcony. However, the staff that informed me that they felt bad for the other patrons since they are fully booked… And someone else will get my room with the obstructed balcony. That room should be closed… I’m sure you make enough money with the prices you are charging. And again, no communication about this which to me is unacceptable. I would have absolutely stayed somewhere else if I would not have lost the entire cost of my stay. All could be avoided by an email.

Great location, close to the train line so we could get from and to the airport. In walking distance to Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and the city. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly. Had everything we needed for our mini break. Would recommend this hotel.

Apartment was not clean, mold on the window frames, hairs all over the bathroom, carpets, furnishings and windows were dirty. The windows were dreadful for a city centre hotel - sounded like they were fully open when closed. Wi-Fi was down, and the pool and spa was closed when we arrived, but no one bothered to let us know. We left after one night.
