I arrived early and the receptionist made sure I got into my room early which was much appreciated. I booked a small room for myself, bathroom was better than I expected for size of room. I was there for three nights and would use it again.

I was happy with my choice to stay here. I was upgraded to a double bed and it was pleasantly surprising that the room was very quiet it was good value for money with lovely staff. The downstairs area was a bit yucky but I was surprised at how dirty Sydney has become around Town Hall.

What we didn’t like: Shower kept going from scalding to freezing. Towels were very small and very thin. We looked onto a brick wall - very little daylight No mirror in bedroom - only in bathroom See through bathroom door - awkward when sharing room with my teenage son. What we liked: Very comfortable beds Good Wi-Fi Friendly staff Fridge in room Netflix on Tv Clean Location Value If you’re looking for good location and clean, it is good but not great.

Loved the location of this property, close to everything! We could walk to most things very easily. Employees were wonderful and helpful. Fridge in the room so we could throw our breakfast in there. Cole's store across the street where groceries and small prepared meals could be purchased.

This hotel is in a great location and close to two train stations. The staff were friendly and we were able to check in at 1pm instead of 2pm, which was very handy. All we neede for the price.
