Fantastic location. Friendly staff and simple check-in. The single room is indeed tiny (expected) but it is also accessed from the fire stairs and isn't in the same corridor as the rest of the rooms on the floor. Not an issue for me but some might find it a bit unusual

As always in the city so close to cbd, Darling Harbour and onlynavbus or tram orvtrain ride away from anything else. Train stations close. Bus and trams outside hotel. Small room but okmfor one night. Comfortable bedding. Friendly staff.

We stayed 1 night in Room 106. The room was larger than some, but the Bathroom is smaller. The bed was comfortable and the Shower had good hot water. The Air Conditioner had a control panel in the room. It seemed to be permanently set on 21 temperature and full fan. It was too cold. The windows looked out onto brick walls, there is no real daylight coming into the room, so it’s quite dark. It’s a short walk to the light rail and the QVB.

The room felt like a broom cupboard. It looked as though it was in the middle of being updated with plaster board type walls with great gaps round the ceiling, plugs etc. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the underground trains. Had to walk like a crab to get round the bed.

My room was realy tiny ,small but ok. I was disappointed because i had suitcase and I have to walk on the steps 🙃 to my room. I'm over 60 years old and it was hard for me Nobady tell me about this when I booked room in your hotel .Staff was nice ,helpfull room clean .Location very good. .

The room was very small, the aircon wasn’t working very well, so it became stuffy quickly. The room just was not cleaned very well, and was looking very tired. Location was perfect!!
