The room was clean but very outdated. The walls are very thin; we could hear someone next door unpacking (not loud) like they were in the same room as us. The wifi didn't work. How this hotel got an average rating of 8.8 is beyond me; even if it was brand new, it wouldn't be an 8. The staff was friendly.

No, the person at your hotel was very unprofessional when I phoned to ask where to get the shuttle when I landed at 12 midnight. I ended up waiting at the wrong place and the shuttle driver found me standing alone outside

Everything was great - room, common area were clean and the front desk staff was outstanding. The only issue I encountered was that The cleaning staff came around prior to 8am and were a bit loud in the hallway.
