Great hotel in Copenhagen! Easy to walk to from Central Station and close to all transport and attractions. The rooms were big for a family of 4 and the breakfast was excellent,a lot of choice and quality food. Would highly recommend.

Good location for hop on off bus. Lots of restaurants. Be prepared for an expensive city. Hotel room was too warm. Thermostat didnt make a difference. No housekeeping unless you ask. Mold along the shower door

Room was very small, bed was put in line with the wall, one has to climb from the bottom up to sleep. Room looked in need of maintenance. Towels were not white in colour! One has to jump into the Bath tub to shower! Wifi was not strong and many times didn’t connect, so had to use mobile data! We stayed for three nights and paid 320 pound plus without breakfast! Felt it was no value for money. Reception staff inexperienced! Not very helpful! Cleaning staff forgot to put coffee and tea sachets in the room! Tiny room, while moving few times our leg got hit on the single steel chair kept in the room! Horrible experience! We travel worldwide a lot and this was the worst experience !

The room was dingy and smelled badly. There was a dead spider on one of the beds. The shower was very mouldy and the sink did not drain and as such was quite stained (and gross after use). The staff were very polite and kind upon check-in. The lobby area is nice and the gym was OK.

Loved it!

We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!
