Mary at the front desk was a delight and very accommodating! The room was semi clean. There was a lot of noise in the room above me for two nights in a row at around 2AM. I have never stayed in a motel where you had to take out your own garbage, but I did every day. There was a mystery charge on my bill for $29.40 which I assume was because I asked for the room to be cleaned after day 3 of a week long stay? Might stay again just because of the closeness to the exit I needed to take to go take care of my 93 year old Mother!

Power was off but it didn’t stop us from having the best time with family over here…first time here and we loved it…love the front desk lady…love her customer service…even though the power was off but it didnt stop her from serving all of us customers that were there that night…thank You i didnt get your name…will surely be back again and recommend it to family n friends…

Really?

The floor was filthy, not mopped or even swept. Just walked in the room for a couple of minutes and turned my white socks brown. When I went barefoot in the morning, I noticed a lot of dirt coming from my feet in the shower. The office chair needs to be replaced, and the bed squeaked just turning over on it.

Bedbugs

We went to check in and the parking is super limited. When u went into the room, it didn't smell clean. At a previous experience, I've made it a habit to check for bed bugs. I lifted the bedding to see the mattress and it had a sealed mattress cover with black spot stains on the inside, bunched in the edges and corners of the mattress. I didn't look any further and left the room. I had just checked in and was in and out within a couple minutes. I went back to the front desk and told them what was going on and that i wanted my money back. They were insistant to give me another room. I told them i wanted nothing to do with their bed but infested hotel and wanted a refund. I did not stay there and i was told i had to email for assistance. I would highly NOT recommend this place! And they did NOT refund me my money and charged me for the weeks stay. Their reason was because i did not check out another room. I don't stay at any hotel with bedbugs!

We booked this for an event at the Dome. The price wasnt bad and looked clean enough as we pulled in. Complimentary Breakfast- old packaged little debby pastries and a juice machine. Room smelled of harsh cleaners and sewer. Like they were hiding an old sewage overflow? Staff upon check in and at "breakfast" was short and rude. Not friendly, stand off ish. I asked what the breakfast was and she waived her hand as if its in there dont bother me im on my phone. When i asked if there was anything else she got snappy and told me this is what there is. Id book at the motel 6 if your trying to save money. You get the same quality and dont have to deal with a rude staff. We dont require alot from a hotel and I have never written any bad reviews but id stay somewhere else for this price.

Roach in my bathroom on 2nd floor. Breakfast was practically non-existent even though advertised as complimentary. I expected as least some cereal or fruits. Nothing except tiny danishes and coffee. Better than nothing, but nothing expected as I would from a Days Inn brand. Would not stay again.
